The fourth and the last frame of our 3D cube models. Using z0 cards. And also to add some staircase feature into it. In my opinion, this model is the most nicest out of the other three which use only paper. And the easiest to put together as well. I think it is because the z0 cards are thicker and stable than paper which is harder to manage, especially after being cut. So out of the four, this cube model is my favourite.

Let's take a step forward ~~ into 3D!!!
Picking out four over sixteen tiled pattern from our favourite tesselation, we were supposed to translate it into 3D models.
Using satay stick for the frame, this is the 3D models I made using only the paper:

At the start, I was feeling a little confused as of how I'm going to put it into 3D. Fortunately, with the help from my friends, I understood it in the end. So using the layers that is potrayed in the template, I translated it into 3D.

After finishing all the templates, we had to put everything according to formulas.
And we had to cour, pattern and tone it. Here are my works:

My set A : Pattern

My set B: Tone

Actually when I did this. I actually didn't know that we are mostly supposed to used black, gray and white. But instead I really did toning.

My Set C: Colour

I thought mine was a little too colourful. I think I should actually just use a few colours and not this much. A mistake of mine, unfortunately.

Things we were supposed to do:
1) choose 3 portions from our onthography drawings and blow it up and blow it up. I did that but have still have to enlarge my drawing more.

2) With a 10cm by 10cm square frame, move the frame around my enlarged drawing and to find a good composition, and draw it on butter paper.
3) Then using that, we have to decide which elements are above and which are below. I have no problems with this. It is simple enough. And with that we have to make 4 patterns by rotating the template and then mirror it.
These are the three sets of 16 templates that I created:

Set A

Set B

Set C

Escher Model

My friends did the Escher model on Monday.
I was absent due to an illness so I had to do the model on my own, as all my friends already completed it.
The escher model was built using z0 cards.
At first, when I looked at the picture of the escher photo, I was thinking, 'this is really confusing'. But after a while I managed to see the 'whole picture'.
So I did it alone......but oops, I forgot to take pictures. So, no pictures for this escher model.
